Flood layers are prominent in the records from Auel and were presented by Brunck et al. (2016). They characterize the millennia of all Heinrich layers and the LGM, but are affected also by the absence/presence of vegetation, which controls erosion rates. Albert & Sirocko (2023) will present respective results on the ELSA-20 time scale.
